Molds almost finished

Hey Backers!

I have heard from the factory that almost all the molds are finished!  They had to tweak a couple of the head molds so the injection could be released from the mold better.  I believe we are still on schedule to get these figures to you this summer.  We are very close!  I have also been working on another secret Combat Creatures related project that I think a lot of you old school Battle Beast fans will flip out over.  Its insanely awesome!!!  I just need to refine a few more things but it will be taking things to a new level!  (Buckle up!)  :)

Figure Tooling is under way!!

Hey Backers!

I've got some great news!  The tooling for the figures has been going on for about a week which is a huge step in the action figure business.  The factory I'm using is amazing and have been on top of everything and my production manager is THE BEST!!!  I'm super grateful for all the help I have received to make this project a reality.  The initial tooling usually is about 1 month but then there will be some fine tuning to make these figures awesome!

We are still on schedule to get you these figures by mid summer and I'll keep you updated.  Make sure you fill out your survey to choose your figures if you haven't already.

I also have some very exciting new stuff I've been working on that I will share with you in the next update and because you are the kickstarter backers, you will get the news first!

Other updates: 

We have made great progress with the factory with the upgrades to the figures per feedback from the community.  We are excited about the latest samples being worked on with the factory.  We are still on track to get figures sent out this summer and the factory should hit the ground running on the tooling right after Chinese New Year.

Figure files sent to factory

Hey Backers!

I just wanted to give you an update.  Over the last week I have been working on the backerkit so you can choose your specific figures and add-ons. That will be going out to you soon.  I also have been getting the figure files finalized with any last tweaks before sending them over to the factory to start the molding process.  All tweaks have been made and they have them to start making molds.  The molds are probably the most critical part of creating a figure.

  You may have seen on social media that I have sent several toy reviewers some of the figures to take a look at and critique and the response was awesome!  It seems like everyone that received the prototypes loved them.  They all shared amazing stories on their social media and they had a few notes and many of the notes were things I wanted to adjust as well. 

Fixed Made

• Foot hole sized changed to something more standard in 1/12 scale figures (about 3mm)
• Relaxed hand adjusted to look a bit more aggressive 
• A lot more range added in the clavicle Joint (butterfly joint)
• Each modular firearm weapon is now 4 modular parts giving them an insane amount of modularity (which actually has been a little too fun messing around with) (your going to love this)
• Feet enlarged just a tiny bit for better posing
• ankle to foot spacing adjusted to give add even more articulation range for dynamic posing.
• Ports and studs strategically placed on weapons and on figure so that each figure can attach weapons to different ports of the figure to carry weapons. (this will be very cool!)
• Belt buckle face logos scaled down slightly to give more ab crunch range of motion.

All of these tweaks may barely be noticeable by looking at them but I want to make the most detailed and versatile figures possible.   I love hearing what people want in figures and I try really hard to listen and implement those requests into the designs whenever possible.  I'm super excited to get these awesome figures out to you guys.
